CGN New Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. (“CGN New Energy”) held its Special General Meeting in Hong Kong and Beijing in the morning of 15th October. 

    The meeting reviewed the resolutions of the continuing connected transactions in relation to the Financial Services Framework Agreements and the corresponding Financial Services Annual Caps with CGNPC Huasheng and CGN Finance, respectively. All resolutions were passed by the independent shareholders with voting rights.
