CGN New Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. (“CGN New Energy”) held its 2024 Annual General Meeting in Hong Kong, Beijing and Shenzhen in the morning of 23 May.

    The Meeting reported to shareholders the 2023 audited consolidated financial statements, the Report of Directors and Independent Auditor’s Report, and the resolutions proposed: the declaration of a final dividend for the year 2023, the re-election of the directors of the Company, granting of the general mandates to the Directors to repurchase shares and issue shares and the adoption of the New Bye-laws, etc. All resolutions were passed with over 97% of the votes cast in favour of each resolution.

    According to resolutions passed at the Meeting, it was resolved to re-elect Mr. Zhang Zhiwu,   Mr. Li Guangming as Executive Directors, Mr. Liu Qingming, Mr. Zhao Xianwen as Non-executive Directors, Mr. Yang Xiaosheng as an Independent Non-executive Director. The directors, senior management and representative of substantial shareholder, of CGN New Energy have attended the Meeting in person or by telephone conference.
