CGN New Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. (“CGN New Energy”) held its Special General Meeting in Hong Kong, Beijing and Shenzhen in the morning of 23 May. 

    The meeting mainly reviewed the continuing connected transactions in relation to the new financial services framework agreements and the corresponding financial services annual caps with CGNPC Huasheng and CGN Finance, respectively, and also the connected transaction in relation to the variation agreement relating to the entrusted construction management contract of Rudong offshore wind project with China Nuclear Power Engineering. All resolutions were passed by the shareholders with voting rights.
