On 28th June, the prize-awarding ceremony of the 9th Investor Relations Awards (“IR Awards”) hosted by the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association (“HKIRA”) was held in Conrad Hong Kong. CGN New Energy (1811. HK) stood out among many selected enterprises and won 11 awards in total. It not only won the “Best IR Company”, “Best ESG” (three awards for Environmental, Social and Governance) and “Best Annual Report”, but also the sole winner of “Grand ESG Award” among the Mid Cap selected by the judging panel. In addition, CGN New Energy has won the “Best IR Company” award for the three consecutive years and is hereby awarded the “3 Years IR Awards Winning Company” by HKIRA, a great honor in the investor relations field.

In terms of individuals and teams, Mr. ZHANG Zhiwu, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman and President of CGN New Energy, was awarded the “Best IR by Chairman/CEO”; Mr. LIU Chao, Chief Accountant, was awarded the “Best IR by CFO”; Mr. Arthur LEE, Assistant President and Company Secretary, won the “Best IR by IRO” award. Mr. Arthur LEE, Mr. REN Yanzhong, Mr. FU Wei, Ms. Emily WONG and Mr. FENG Gunan jointly won the “Best IR by IR Team” award.

In the past year, in the face of a severe and complex external environment, CGN New Energy has remained committed to its annual goals, and deeply embodied the “Stringency, Prudence, Meticulosity and Pragmatism” work style. This has allowed the Company to maintain stable growth in new energy installation scale and operational performance, while maintaining high-end stability in production, operation and maintenance and achieving an essential enhancement in safety management and control.
