The Huangshi Coal-fired Project is a major power plant in Hubei Province which the total installed capacity is 2,120 MW, with 1,440 MW in operation and 680 MW under construction. The shareholding structure is Huadian Hubei with 51% and we have 49%. The Chairman of the Board is appointed by Huadian and the General Manager by our Company. The second phase is 2 x 680 MW Ultra Super-critical Coal-fired Power Plant which the first unit has been commissioned in December 2011 with excellent result. The second unit has acquired the permit (“Lu Tiao”) for pre-development work and is expected to obtain the project approval by the end of 2012.
