On 15 September, the prize-awarding ceremony of the 8th Investor Relations Awards (“IR Awards”) hosted by the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association (“HKIRA”) was held in Conrad Hong Kong. CGN New Energy (1811. HK) stood out among many selected enterprises. It won the two awards of “Best IR Company” and “Best ESG (Environment)”.
In terms of individuals and teams, Mr. ZHANG Zhiwu, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman and President of CGN New Energy, was awarded the “Best Investor Relations (Chairman/Chief Executive Officer)”; Mr. LIU Chao, Chief Accountant, was awarded the “Best Investor Relations (Financial Controller)”; Mr. Arthur LEE, Assistant President and Company Secretary, won the “Best IRO” award. Mr. Arthur LEE, Mr. REN Yanzhong, Mr. FU Wei, Ms. Emily WONG and Mr. FENG Gunan jointly won the “Best Investor Relations Team” award.

The “Investor Relations Awards of the HKIRA”, a prestigious award in the Hong Kong investor relations industry, was organized by the HKIRA and recognized by the investment community in Hong Kong for its professional, rigorous and impartial selection system and good credibility. The enterprises participating in the award shall be nominated by the public and voted by qualified professionals such as domestic and international fund managers and securities analysts.  It aims to recognize and reward Hong Kong listed companies and related personnel for their outstanding performance in investor relations practices. The Hong Kong Investor Relations Awards have been held for eight consecutive years and this is the third time that the Company has won “Best IR Company” after 2019 and 2021.
